Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters (USBP) is responsible for providing Two-Hundred and Eighty-Five (285) All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to specialized units who patrol our Nation’s borders. It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available ATVs, to support the U.S. Border Patrol sectors located throughout the United States. The requirement requires the vendor to provide all required resources for the purchase, handling, shipping, and delivery, to multiple locations, of the following designated ATV’s, in the Brand Name or Equal, and minimum quantities as indicated below. Specific delivery locations are contained in Section 5 of the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall be fully capable of delivering required equipment to each individual location. 1) 2026/2027 Yamaha Grizzly 700 - 152 EA. 2) 2026/2027 Yamaha Kodiak 700 - 74 EA. 3) 2026/2027 Yamaha Kodiak 450 - 45 EA. 4) 2026/2027 Yamaha Raptor 700 - 14 EA. CBP intends to solicit this requirement as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and issue a single contract award for the acquisition of all ATVs.
