Description
The objective of the FABS contract is to maintain and continue the existing BAFM-3 contractor support services. FABS contractor must have a wide-ranging and detailed understanding of and experience of the FAA enterprise communications services and systems. The required capabilities and services to be performed by the FABS contractor include the ability to assess, communicate, and work to solve complex challenges related to CINP services from both strategic and tactical perspectives. The objective of this contract is to provide CINP with the necessary resources, technical expertise, and program/administrative support to effectively manage CINP business, and financial resources. Support is required for the following areas: • Task 1 – Program and Contract Management • Task 2 – Budget Planning and Formulation • Task 3 – Budget Execution and Tracking • Task 4 – Customer Funds Management and Tracking • Task 5 – Business Process Development and Management • Task 6 –Program Level Business Management Support • Task 7 –New Initiatives Business and Financial Management
