Description
The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP): This action is for the new contract (recompete) for the Center to Improve Program and Project Performance (CIPP). The purpose of this procurement is to assist OSEP in its efforts to generate high-quality evaluative data for program and project improvement purposes. The contract will be responsible for measure development, data collection, analysis and reporting to address the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and other federal assessment requirements of OSEP’s Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Part D National Activities.
