Risk-Based Maritime Security Response Operations (RBMSRO) Data Analysis and Support

This call order is to support the USCG Office of Maritime Security Response Policy (CG-MSR) in sustaining the Risk Based Maritime Security Response Operations database to support operational risk assessments as an enterprise risk management system, which effectively provides USCG with a means to report Maritime Security Response Operations activities. Determining risk shall be accomplished by assessing risk factors such as threat, consequences, frequency and vulnerability in combination with MSRO activities effectiveness values for overall risk reduction performance metrics. The information from the dashboard tool provides decision makers within the USCG and external customers at the local, state, and federal levels to inform resource allocation, policy, and budget decisions.
