Description
The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Utility Rates & Regulatory Program (URP), has a need for specialized regulatory program support and regulatory consulting services to help GSA meet the following needs: (1) assisting URP with coordinating regulatory activity and initiatives in which GSA has intervened to represent the consumer interests of Federal Executive Agencies; (2) assisting URP with providing expertise to help federal customers navigate the utility regulatory landscape; and (3) assisting URP with monitoring and anticipating trends to proactively assist federal customers with budgetary planning and utility cost avoidance.
