Quarterly Employee Wellness Solution

U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters requires contractor support to provide a structured employee wellness training solution for USBP personnel. The requirement includes four quarterly, five-day wellness workshops during each 12-month performance period. The workshops will support up to 25 participants per day and are intended to enhance workforce readiness, resiliency, operational effectiveness, and leadership performance. Training topics include foundational physical wellness, intermediate to advanced physical performance, injury prevention and recovery, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management, and executive leadership with a wellness and performance focus. The contractor will also provide post-workshop Impact Reports summarizing attendance, topics covered, participation levels, goals achieved, and participant feedback.
