Description
The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Communications and Outreach (OCO) is responsible for assisting the White House Commission on Presidential Scholars (“the Commission”) in implementing the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program authorized by Executive Order 11155, as amended by Executive Orders 12158 and 13697. The Department, OCO, requires the services of a Contractor to provide technical and logistical support for the annual identification, evaluation, selection and recognition of 161 U.S. Presidential Scholars from an eligible candidate pool of roughly 6,000 graduating students.
