Description
The BPA will facilitate NPS WASO, region, and park procurement of technical support services in performance of a range of environmental support functions. The call orders to be issued under the BPA will be based on scopes of work defining specific requirements, but will primarily include: conduct of park-based environment and energy audits and other evaluations; development of plans and tools (e.g., spill prevention, emergency response); and technical assistance and training support.
