OSHA Safety and Health Regulatory, Deregulatory, and Guidance Efforts

To assist OSHA in furthering its mission, the contractor will provide support for, but not limited, to the following: Development of regulatory and deregulatory materials (including drafting and editing preamble language, regulatory text support, risk/hazard assessments, technological feasibility, and economic analyses). Support for compliance with Executive Order 14192 (deregulation). Guidance development and rollout (materials, webpages, and strategies). Project management and executive support (schedules, trackers, briefings, decision memos). Docket analysis and comment review (pre-/post-NPRM and post-hearing). Public hearing planning, hosting, management, and post-hearing integration. PRA support, including paperwork burden analyses and ICR documentation.
