This requirement covers OSHA/Office of Statistical Analysis (OSA) responsibilities concerning the Occupational Injury and Illness Classification System (OIICS) coding of Severe Injury Reports (SIRs) under the statutory authority stated in 29 CFR 1904.39 for State Plan. This procurement action will significantly increase the Agency’s capabilities each month in back-coding historical records and ongoing coding of new reports.
