Description
The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP): This action is for the new contract (recompete) for the Personnel Development Data Collection System (PDPDCS). The purpose of this procurement is to provide for the annual collection, analysis, and reporting of scholar data for those who are enrolled in and supported by OSEP-funded training grants; track the service obligation fulfillment of these scholars; and refer them to Debt Payment and Management Group, if needed, for required payback.
