Description
OSHA’s Office of Occupational Medicine and Nursing (OOMN) is seeking services from skilled physicians to carry out the office’s mission by offering consultation services for field enforcement actions, supporting the Office of the Solicitor (SOL) as cases are appealed and presented to the OSHA Review Commission, and managing the OSHA Medical Evaluation Program (OMEP) and reviewing medical examinations performed by outside entities under a separate contract for the OSHA Medical Evaluation Program (OMEP). In addition, as necessary, the physicians will have professional expertise and experience to be able to support OSHA enforcement investigations.
