Description
The National Transportation Library (NTL) requires a new digital repository platform to host U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) funded research, public access documents, archival and special collections, gray literature, and large transportation datasets. The digital repository must be a fully-developed Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS)or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution hosted in a secure cloud environment. The procurement will include migration of existing digital assets and metadata, implementation of the new platform, and ongoing hosting and management services.
