Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operations Support Facilities (OSF), Project Delivery Branch (PBD) has a DB requirement renovation of the NASOC San Angelo MU-2 Hangar to support the Air and Marine Operations (AMO) to store and maintain aircraft, support safe missions, and protect assets. The total gross renovation area is approximately 11,000 square feet. See Compliance Documents (CD) 9.01-1 through 9.01-3 for reference. The Contractor’s design and build shall comply with the requirements listed in this Statement of Work (SOW) Section 4 in accordance with the CD 9.01 through 9.28 in SOW Section 9. The design and construction of the facilities generally adhere to the aesthetic of the existing hangar and shall consider factors such as materiality and color, plan configuration, building form and section, expression of structural elements, and use of glazing for views.
