Description
The A/E shall design a new comfort station south of the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The new design shall be in accordance with Comfort Stations Development Concept Plan (November 2021) and Comfort Stations Illustrative Architectural Style Plan (March 2025). The work will include standard services for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and documentation to support compliance process.
