Description
Work consists of surface prep and painting exterior surfaces including the metal roof, gutters, downspouts, chimneys, wood trim surfaces, window and door frames, eaves, soffits, fasciae and cornices, removing loose and caked paint. The front porch will also receive wood repairs and painting. here are sixty windows that require reglazing and six that require restoration or replacement. Painting of the porch, columns and the caretaker’s cottage adjacent to the home is also included. HPTC Project.
