MARAD CFO Financial Management Support Services

The purpose of this contract is to obtain contractor support for the Maritime Administration (MARAD) Associate Administrator for Budget and Programs/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Office to provide specialized financial management, accounting, budget, payroll, reimbursable agreement, revolving fund, and business analytics support services. This support is required to help MARAD sustain timely, accurate, and well-documented financial operations across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles and to support enterprise-wide budget execution, fund stewardship, and executive decision-making.
