Logistical Support for Adult Education Reform: The purpose of this contract is to support the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE)/The Division of Adult Education and Literacy (DAEL) with logistical support for meetings, peer reviews and subject matter experts to provide on-going technical assistance to states, promote program improvement and coordination, and strengthen outcomes, as well as accountability in regards to state formula grants and discretionary funded activities that align to the goals of the Departments Strategic Plan.
