Description
The Lifecycle Maintenance and Sustainment Working Group is being established at CBP Headquarters (HQ) to assess and address automation needs across these key systems. The working group will serve as a centralized unit responsible for: • Conducting comprehensive business process assessments of CBP’s surveillance and communication systems. • Developing strategic plans and roadmaps that integrate automation and maintenance solutions. • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) in automation, system integration, and lifecycle planning to deliver optimized operational results. • Monitoring the performance and sustainability of the systems in question, applying necessary upgrades, and ensuring compliance with CBP’s mission requirements. This working group will liaise with field teams, technology providers, and internal CBP stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions and maintenance strategies. Acquisition Strategy: This is a SBIR award. Awarded to a small business.
