Provide specialized technical writing, editing, and legislative and regulatory support services for MARAD’s Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Legislation and Regulations. Services include drafting, reviewing, editing, and preparing legislative and rulemaking materials, agency guidance, reports, briefing materials, congressional correspondence, and other official documents; analyzing and summarizing legislative and regulatory information; supporting clearance and publication processes; coordinating with subject matter experts; and ensuring materials comply with Federal, DOT, and MARAD drafting, formatting, and publication requirements.
