Law Enforcement Systems and Analysis (LESA) Data Quality Improvement (DQI) Support Services

ICE is launching a one-time, comprehensive initiative to improve data quality and management across the Enforcement Integrated Database (EID), EAGLE, EARM, and related systems. The effort will address current data quality concerns, document best practices, and leverage cleaned and annotated data to train and validate AI-powered tools for error detection and prevention. All activities will adhere to DHS privacy, security, and records management standards. The contractor will provide technical, analytical, and advisory services to identify, resolve, and monitor data quality issues; enhance business processes and workflows; deliver user training and facilitate knowledge transfer; and develop AI and automation solutions to support ongoing data quality management and informed decision-making.
