Description
IT support services is intended to provide enterprise-wide activities for the ICE OCIO in support of the ICE Mission. IT OPS contracted O&M services once consolidated under the existing contract will now be focused under this contract for Enterprise-wide services to include providing Vendor Contract Support (VCS), Service Desk (SD) (Tier I), IT Field Operations (ITFO) (Tier II) Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS), Operations Infrastructure Deployment, Financial Management and Travel Management Support (Tier II), Hardware Warranty Administration and Maintenance Support.
