Requirement for one full-time IT specialist to provide daily analysis of data from Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) reports and knowledge of saving data and reports within its ServiceNow Case Management System (CMS). The contractor shall work domestically within the Department’s Office of Private Sector Exchange Designation (ECA/EC/D) performing a wide variety of duties to support the office. Duties and responsibilities will be appropriate for a mid-level position. It is expected that moderate training and direction will be required for this position. The workload will incorporate complex cases and material, as well as demand a strong capacity for problem-solving. ECA/EC/D. Current Contract ends 9/29/2026
