Description
To provide logistical and administrative support for the CAAN and MECE grant competition/peer reviews. The selected contractor is expected to provide administrative and technical support, and report results for: (1) activities associated with the recruitment, training, evaluation, management and payment of peer reviewers; (2) peer reviews conducted virtually; (3) improvements to the current peer review system; (4) the design, reproduction, and distribution of guidance documents; and (5) activities associated with the post-review support.
