As a key enabler of FSA’s technology modernization and business operations, FSA CTO is establishing greenfield Enterprise-level Data Architecture and Data Management Program and supporting/enabling Data Governance (DG) operations. Without action to establish and govern an Enterprise-wide Data Management and Data Governance program within the organization, FSA will remain stymied in its ability to achieve its target-state architecture, operations, and business capabilities.
