Description
The ESS contract will provide IT support services for enterprise-wide activities of ICE OCIO in support of the ICE Mission. IT OPS contracted O&M services once consolidated under the existing contract will now be focused under this contract for Enterprise-wide services to include providing Vendor Contract Support (VCS), Incident/Problem Coordination (I/PCT), Change Management, ICE Network Operations Center (NOC), Endpoint Device Management (EDM), Enterprise Email and Domain Management (EEDM), Enterprise Services and Tools Operations & Maintenance (ESTOM), and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM (ServiceNOW)). These services will provide ICE with a full range of IT support to include complete deskside and customer support, network support, systems development, service delivery, information assurance, infrastructure support and IT project support at the enterprise level and regionally.
