DHS PPBE Systems Licenses and Infrastructure

The objective of this BPA is to enable DHS Headquarters and components to acquire OneStream Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licenses, training and support to modernize, automate, and standardize financial management processes. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This will enable DHS to: • Enhance data accuracy and integrity. • Reduce manual effort and process cycle times by automating key financial workflows. • Support scalable, secure, and standardized reporting across all DHS components. • Enable real-time analytics and decision-making capabilities for leadership. This action will create a new BPA to be used as the SSV for all DHS components to purchase OneStream software licenses, SaaS, training, and software support hours.
