DHS PPBE Systems Integrator

The contractor shall provide O&M services for DHS OneStream COTS software products as specified in individual BPA call orders. Services include, but are not limited to, routine maintenance activities, software updates, patch management, technical support, troubleshooting, issue resolution and user assistance. The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted operation of the OneStream software. The contractor will also provide OneStream software configuration support, and regulatory changes as necessary by direction of the Government. This includes requirements review, problem resolution, participation in communication and change control processes, and support and collaboration with DHS on the security posture (Authority to Operate/Ongoing Authorization). This may include requests by the government for system interfaces and data sharing requests between systems as well as data dimension alignment between HQ and Components. The contractor shall provide status reports detailing system performance, maintenance actions, updated system documentation and accurate records of O&M activities, incidents, and enhancements.
