Description

The Office of Decision Analytics (ODA) is currently prioritizing the enhancement of its decision analytics capabilities to support agency-wide operational efficiency. To meet these objectives, ODA requires ongoing technical support for its portfolio of Microsoft Power Suite-based tools, including the Automated Reminder & Communication System (ARCS), the Interagency Agreement (IAA) Tracker, and automated error detection for the Office of Budget and Program Performance (OBPP) reports. The maintenance and evolution of these tools will require dedicated operational support to ensure data integrity, user accessibility, and alignment with shifting programmatic requirements. As these tools become integral to ODA’s daily operations, a need exists for continued contractor support to manage system operations, perform iterative updates, facilitate end-user training, and ensure compliance with ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) information security and management standards. The objective of this task order is to provide comprehensive contractor support to ODA for the sustainment, optimization, and maturation of Microsoft Power Suite-based analytical tools. The contractor shall ensure the reliability and functionality of key systems—specifically ARCS, the IAA Tracker, and the OBPP S2 report anomaly error detection mechanism, to maintain operational continuity. This effort aims to enhance decision-making through accurate data reporting, proactive communication, and effective user support, while ensuring all developed solutions align with established project management standards and adhere to mandatory ICE OCIO and federal information security, privacy, and records management policies.
