Description
The offeror shall fulfill specific requirements in Section 3 for the Cybersecurity Operations Branch of Security Services Division of the Chief Technology Office within Federal Student Aid. Additionally, FSA imposes minimum technology contract requirements (MTCR). As such, the offeror shall incorporate relevant contract requirements of the MTCR, Section 4, within their technical proposals. Lastly, Federal contracts shall adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as well as Department of Education specific ED-FAR contract requirements.
