Requirement for five full-time staff to provide management analysis for its Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) -Senior Analyst (1), Information Specialist (3), Junior Analyst (1). Professional service employee to assist upper-level managers with planning, coordination, and development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall performance of the Department of State’s Private Sector Exchange (ECA/EC) programs. This includes quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation of the overall Exchange Visitor Program (EVP) – also known as the J-1 Visa program – and Department-designated EVP program sponsors. Analysis of data related to EVP (J-1 Visa) participants contained in the (SEVIS). The contractor will provide program managers with recommendations on program improvements and initiatives and oversight of the EVP. Current OY2 ends 9/3/2026.
