U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) require comprehensive contractor support to enhance its mission of safeguarding the nation through aviation and maritime expertise. The general requirements for contractor services encompasses various technical and analytical aspects related to AMO's diverse aviation assets and ancillary systems. Specifically, the contractor shall provide expertise in areas such as: • Engineering and Technical Support: This includes specialized engineering and technical services for AMO's aircraft fleet and integrated ancillary systems, such as radars, sensors, and C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) systems. Support will address current and future airworthiness, sensor performance, and the modernization and sustainment of these complex systems. • Requirements Development: Support for the analysis, definition, and documentation of operational and technical requirements for new and existing aviation assets and ancillary systems. • Program Management: Comprehensive program management expertise to oversee and coordinate projects related to the acquisition, modernization, sustainment, and consolidation of AMO's air and marine operations. The objective is to secure specialized support that contributes to AMO's strategic goals, ensuring the continuous effectiveness of its quick reaction force in confronting security threats and interdicting illicit activities across U.S. air, land, and sea borders. Acquisition Strategy: The intended vehicle for solicitation will be OASIS+ via the Technical and Engineering (Domain 2); HubZone CLIN 30206; NAICS 541330 (Exception 1) Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons. The solicitation will be released via GSA eBuy.
