Description
The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain technical information technology support services for two legal software applications used by the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Legal Policy and Program Development (CG-LPD) and law librarian services; and the Coast Guard Investigative Service’s (CGIS) records management system, InPursuit WebRMS (RMS), a COTS administered by the CGIS HQs. The Contractor shall provide Tier II Help Desk support services, technical support for version upgrades, database administration support, and web hosting for the Case Matter Management Tracking (CMMT) and RMS software, and Tier II Help Desk support for the legal programs SharePoint Sites
