Case Management Modernization (ACORNS)

OHA will require a substantial increase in FY 2028 funding for this object class if acquisition and implementation of the replacement system are not adequately funded in FY 2027. The existing software-as-a-service case-management system has reached the end of its useful life. Its outdated architecture, security controls, and audit capabilities prevent it from satisfying current Departmental and government-wide information security requirements.
