Description
This requirement includes continued services and professional expertise necessary for ongoing development, maintenance, and support of information technology systems including AMOSS, ISR Systems, and Kestrel. The AMOSS is an accredited system comprised of hardware and software applications. AMOSS provides surveillance data which support the DHS/CBP/AMO/AMOC mission. The AMOSS provides a real-time picture of activity over a wide portion of the Western Hemisphere, by processing a collection of external data and sensor sources imposed over a scalable display which allows system operators to discriminate between “normal” and “suspicious” aircraft, vessels, vehicles and other forms of conveyance. The AMOC ISR Systems consists of interconnected software utilities and computer systems allowing Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance mission support data to be shared between data analysts, field operators and CBP Law Enforcement operational decision makers throughout DHS. AMO also requires Kestrel which is a cloud-based utility that augments the Air Marine Operations Surveillance System (AMOSS) architecture by integrating sensors and machine learned Predictive Threat Model (PTM)-based likelihood rating processes. Acquisition Strategy: Alliant 2 - Unrestricted which is the same strategy as the previous award.
