Description
The new department-wide multi-award vehicle for contract closeout support services for the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) consolidated contracting office known as the Centers of Excellence, under the 1DOT initiative. The new multi-award vehicle is planned to be Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) upon which Orders will be placed. Services include creating and preparing closeout documents for cost reimbursement, cost plus fixed fee, labor hour, time and materials, and firm fixed price contracts in accordance with instructions and guidance contained in the DOT Contract Closeout Guide.
