DBPAP // UltiMate 3000 HPLC (MA)

The listed mass spectrometers (Synapt G2, MALDI ToF, LTQ XL, GC) and HPLC (HPLC 3000RS and HPCL 1200) systems are required for mission critical studies to investigate three areas involving vaccine antigens and host-pathogen interactions. These are the study of: 1) antigen structure and how it is effected by post translational modifications; 2) post translational modifications effect on viral pathogen receptor interaction and host ligand preferences and; 3) post translational modification impact on pathogen interaction with host innate immune system collections.
