Support the REE Chief Data and AI officer in establishing and implementing procedures and guard rails for USDA public access requirements artificial intelligence and data governance for REE agencies and ARS research data management and public access. Coordinate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders ensure appropriate clearances track and report compliance. Conduct economic impact analysis of public access and ARS enterprise research data management strategies.
