Description
Perform HVAC Repairs to STA, Replace existing windows in original station building. The windows are aluminum-clad wood. The wood sashes and frames exhibit some rotting, and the coating has peeled off the aluminum cladding. New windows should be hurricane-impact rated. In addition and at the same time, repair and recoat the building's EIFS skin. Architectural and Mechanical scope has been split between two child projects to this parent project.
