Description
To support the Office of Hearings and Appeals Administrative Judges (AJs) the National Appeals Division (NAD) will use five (5) contract attorneys to draft determinations following NAD hearings. Three (3) of the contract attorneys will support AJs assigned to NADs Eastern Region and two (2) will support AJs assigned to NADs Western Region.
