Colombia National Police - Anti-Narcotics Directorate (DIRAN) Logistical Support for Villagarzon Eradication Base

Build a new CNP base (used for eradication, interdiction, and rural security) in Villagarzon, Putumayo, a top-three department for coca cultivation to ameliorate the current situation: CNP squatting on a plot they do not own and have been asked to vacate in a local airport. Ensure base can adequately and safely house CNP personnel and deploy operations. Base will include clean water, helicopter pads, lodging barracks for eradication and other teams (e.g. Junglas), preventing need to pay for local hotel rooms and reducing lodging costs. Burden-sharing: CNP provides personnel/labor and land, and INL provides materials and logistical support.
