Supply water to the police base in Caucasia (Finca Paraguay). Lack of clean water limits eradication operations by making CNP officers sick and complicating the chemical mixing process. Clean water at Finca Paraguay would support interdiction and high-value target operations logistics as well. Burden sharing: CNP will provide maintenance of water system and labor after the first year.
