Vector Network Analyzer Extender Heads with attenuators TX/RX

The purpose of this requirement is to procure a Microwave Network Analyzer (or equivalent), WR6.5 extender for RX/TX from 110 GHz to 170 GHz with attenuators to measure the S-parameters of Fabry Perot Open Resonators, and a millimeter wave control module. The equipment will provide the necessary frequency coverage (from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz baseband multiplied up to D-band, J-band, and G-band) and dynamic range required to drive frequency extenders for measurements from 20 GHz up to 330 GHz. The VNA must drive existing extender heads from Keysight (10 MHz to 110 GHz), VDI (WR3.4, WR5.1, WR6.5), OML (WR3.4, WR5.1, WR6.5), and the new head included in the procurement for WR6.5.
