NEIC Out of Hours Monitoring and Operations Support. Procurement provides essential out-of-hours (OOH) monitoring and Tier-1 emergency IT response for the GHSC / NEIC. GHSC / NEIC operation mission-critical seismic, geomagnetic, and landslide monitoring systems that require continuous 24/7 availability to support national and global hazard detection, public alerts, and scientific analysis. Immediate response is needed to address failures in servers, storage, virtual machines, networks, monitoring systems and data-acquisition pipelines spanning GHSC, EROS and AWS environments.
