Meaden Road No. 42 Road Reconstruction

Meaden Road 42 Reconstruction Project will reconstruct a maintenance level 2 road to the standards acceptable for commercial hauling for timber. The road will be used as a main line haul route for future timber sales and access for fuel reduction projects within the Hahns Peak Bears Ears Ranger Districts in association with the Headwaters of the Colorado Initiative. The project is part of a Joint Chiefs Proposal. The material to cover the road will be brought in from an existing or new pit.
