Task Order Funding; Geologic samples for Critical minerals research This Definitive Contract has been ongoing for nearly 30 years. It was developed after the RIF in 1995 and is a support function that results in a cost efficient and necessary endeavor for the routine analytical geochemistry needs of the Mineral Resources Program; USGS; Earth Mapping Resources Initiative; supported by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law; National Cooperative Geologic Mapping Program ; National Geological and Geophysical Data Preservation Program and state geological surveys partners.
