Description
To ensure requirements of Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act are met and ensure public health and safety this BPA is a necessary tool for forest staff to use in performing contracting actions for CERCLA environmental cleanups and/or other types of environmental services such as radon surveys or environmental compliance auditing. This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement - no funds are required until a call order is made against it.
