Description
Upgrading of BMF Lesker Tool. Electronics in the current Lesker deposition/sputter tools are EOL and cannot be repaired. Programmable logic controller upgrades will extend the tool lifetime by 10+ years. Failure of the current electronics on any of the six Lesker tools would impact several critical projects (Volt, SQUID, TES).
