18 Road Phase 4 buildout

This project is a multi-year project to complete phase 4 of the buildout at the North Fruita Desert 18 Recreation Fee Site, including A&E, construction, and transition to operations, as described in local recreation planning documents and coordinated with the local community.   This project support the Administrations priorities for enhancing access to the American public for use of public land by establishing infastructure for patrons.
