Description
This project is to rehabilitate a residence located in Yosemite Valley - VAQ 11. The foundation has been sinking causing the doors and windows to fail to operate. There are cracks in the drywall finishes on the interior of the building. This project is to install a new foundation footing and stem wall under the building and then begin the rehabilitation of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Then repair the finishes and perform exterior repairs.
